ordering

The items you see in the galleries are not the actual items for sale. They are meant to show you the color schemes, shapes, and sizes of the glass I create, as well as how varied similar pieces can be.
When you place an order, I create a unique piece of art made specifically for you. !!

You may place orders in one of two ways.
1. Using the shopping cart - This is the most popular and reliable method. Customers may pay by Credit or Debit Card using PayPal on a secure site (you do not need a PayPal account to use this service). Before you add an item to the shopping cart, be sure to read the description of the item for sale and choose from the available options if they are offered.
2. Through E-mail - If you would like to pay with check or money order, send me the item #, quantity, and applicable option choices for each item you would like. I'll then e-mail you a statement with your total plus shipping and tax (in NY). As soon as I recieve payment or check has cleared your item(s) will be shipped.

I ship everything 1st class USPS, insured for the cost of the item(s). If you have any special shipping requests / needs, please let me know with your order.
For customers using the shopping cart, there is a box near the end of the check-out process where you can inform me of special shipping requests or concerns.

I run a one man show and it takes a lot of time to make this beautifull work.
I fill orders as they are recieved. In the event that I have an extremely large order or many small orders before yours, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
